The Planning Committee meets every four weeks to consider every planning application related to Sunningdale. The meetings take place on Tuesdays at 7.30pm at the Council Offices and dates can be found on the home page (under forthcoming events).
Agendas will appear online and on the noticeboards at least three days before the meeting.
Members of the public may attend any meeting and will be given the opportunity to speak at the beginning of the meeting on any matter before Council.
Since November 2010 all applications are electronic files only. The public may come in to the office to discuss an application or be assisted to find the application on the public access area of RBWM website.
Agendas and minutes from recent planning meetings can be found below.

Please note that the Neighbourhood Planning website is still in existence. It contains a great deal of useful information. However, the name has changed.
http://www.ascotandthesunningsnp.com/ should be used from now on.
