Meeting Room for Hire

The Community Room at The Pavilion in Broomhall Recreation Ground is available for rent either as a large meeting room which holds up to 18 people around a board room table or as two separate meeting spaces for up to 12 people in each room.

Separated by a bi-fold door, this is a great space for smaller meetings which can then utilise the kitchen area for breaks.

The room facilities included in the hire are:

• 5 individual flip top tables which make up a large board room table
• up to 40 chairs if you wished to sit conference style
• a flip chart, projector and projector screen (note if you are using one of the smaller rooms this will be a smaller screen)
• Kettle, cups, plates and cutlery
• Fridge and Dishwasher
• NOTE: there is no cooking facilities
• Toilet facilities for all with a dedicated disabled toilet

Room rental is from:

• £13.50 per hour for use of the large room
• £17 per hour if you wish for the room to be separated by the bi-fold
• £10 per hour for using the front meeting room only
