Meetings

The council holds at least 6 Full Council meetings throughout the year along with various committee meetings for Planning, Finance, HR, Cemeteries, Facilities and Services and when appropriate, Projects.

Dates of meetings may be changed under council approved circumstances or non-quorate attendance.  Please refer to the “Upcoming Meetings” calendar on the website. Additional meetings may be called at the council’s discretion and these will be notified with the 3 clear days notice period.

All meetings open to the public will have their agendas posted on the website and parish notice boards no later than 3 clear days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) prior to the meeting date.
