Council Governing Docs

The Council is a self regulating authority which annually reviews, revises where necessary and approved the governing documents by which they will conduct the due process of council.

Supporting this work is the National Association of Local Councils, the Local Government Association and the Society of Local Council Clerks who provide legal and procedural support and advice to over 11,000 councils in England and Wales ensuring that best practice is followed.
