Library

A new library provision funded by Sunningdale Parish Council in partnership with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead opened on Friday 10th June 2022.

With RBWM removing the container library service to all parishes in the re-organisation of the library provision in 2021, the Parish Council consulted the residents who confirmed they wished for the library provision to continue.  And so, using the facilities of the Parish Council and funding via the Precept, a new Sunningdale Library opened in the Community Room at The Pavilion, Broomhall Recreation Ground, Broomhall Lane, Sunningdale, SL5 0QS.

The library opening hours are:

Fridays: 4pm – 7pm
Saturdays: 10am – 1pm & 1:30pm – 4pm
Sundays: 11am – 2pm

Please note the library service will not be available at other times and there is no facility for book drop offs other than during the hours of opening.

The library will provide all the services which have been available to residents on the container library over the years and many more as they are made available.
