Parish Council meetings are held at least bi-monthly, occasionally supplemented by additional meetings when necessary.

The agendas and approved minutes of the latest monthly Parish Council meetings can be found on this page. This page holds at least one council year, please contact the Parish Clerk if you wish to see the agendas / minutes  from earlier meetings or papers referred to in the council meeting.

From the 7 May 2021, council meetings return to face to face and are held in the Community Room, The Pavilion, Broomhall Lane, Sunningdale.  These are open to the public, and comply with the COVID Secure regulations of the venue.  For information on attending the meeting, please see Covid-19 Meetings.

Anyone wishing to address the council on matters in the agenda is required to inform the Clerk by 10am on the day prior to the meeting.
