The minutes are to be signed by the Chairman as an accurate record of the meeting and updates to actions arising from previous minutes not present on the agenda for the meeting being held will be given.

The meeting will be adjourned for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow members of the public, if present, to make representations, ask questions and address the Council about matters of local concern.
