The redevelopment of Sunningdale Park includes a Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG). 

Frederick Hill, Senior Development Manager at Berkeley Homes carried out a presentation on the new SANG at the Annual Parish Meeting on 28 March 2023. 

The SANG is now open to the public with further exits and entrances planned in the future, please see the access map for further details. 

The park is a beautiful natural space and has rich biodiversity, supporting many species of plants and animals, as well as a wide range of habitats, flora and fauna as shown in the biodiversity brochure .  It is a great place to get active or go for a picnic.
