Christmas Tree Recycling. This item refers to real Christmas trees only. All decorations, tinsel etc. should be removed from the trees. If you subscribe to the green bin service then you can leave the tree next to your green bin, and it will be removed and recycled on the day of your first green collection in January. If you do not subscribe to this service, you may leave the tree at Broomhall Recreation Ground between Monday January 2, 2017 and Monday January 16, 2017 when the borough will collect them and compost them.
