Sunningdale Parish Council has entered into discussions with Burges Salmon, solicitors to the Crown Estate, with a view to acquiring the derelict property, Moor End, Chobham Road, for the benefit of the community.

This was discussed at our Council meeting on the 21 November 2023 and information on the options that the Council has in purchasing and using this property for the benefit of the residents is available on our website, under the papers for the 21 November 2023.

Our discussions with Burges Salmon are at a preliminary stage and we are required, as part of their process, to consult residents in neighbouring properties, however, wish to offer all residents the opportunity to provide the council with their views.
