UPDATE 9th May
The Parish Council is pleased to be able to confirm all the Traveller caravans which arrived Friday 5th May have now moved on and although there is some litter left behind, this has been arranged to be collected.
We thank all of our residents for their diligence and for speedy notification and also our local Community Warden, Steve Saunders, who has co-ordinated the activities to bring about an early departure.
Post 8th May
The Parish Council has been made aware that there are Travellers back in Sunningdale Car Park (London Road). This occurred sometime around 3pm on Friday 5th May.
Plans have already been put into place by Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, co-ordinated by Steve Saunders our Community Warden. These commenced on Friday afternoon along with actions by Thames Valley Police.
