The Chairman’s Award was first initiated in 2024 and the first reciprocate was Christine Gadd followed by Hilary Crofton and Fiona Barker in 2025, for their many years of voluntary service to the community. 

In praise of our community’s unsung heroes, the Chairman of Sunningdale Parish Council, Councillor Robert Morgan is seeking nominations for the Chairman’s Award for Volunteers 2025/6. This award recognises local people who volunteer their time and skills in Sunningdale for the benefit of the community.

Councillor Robert Morgan plans to present this year’s award on Tuesday 12 May 2026. Nominations to be received by Monday 20 April 2026 please.
