Sunningdale Village Hall - New Trustees Invited

Sunningdale Parish Council considered its responsibility as Sole Managing Trustee to Sunningdale Village Hall Charity at the Council meeting of 19 September 2023. The Council agreed that this community asset, the Village Hall, should be managed by persons interested in the hall and its functions and who will consider future community requirements.  A resolution was therefore made under minute 70/23 to seek to appoint alternative trustees for the Charity managing the Village Hall.

Therefore, Sunningdale Village Hall Charity (Registered Charity Number 299966) is seeking to appoint a minimum of 4 new Trustees to continue the charitable work which is:

THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SUNNINGDALE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
