Tennis

The tennis court refurbishment at Broomhall Recreation Ground was completed in November 2023. Complete with a new surface treatment of Tiger Turf Advantage Pro 13mm, new fencing, new gate and LED light system which now enables online payment for the floodlights.

Booking Information

To book the courts online you will need to register or sign in with Clubspark to start your online booking process. You may also book the courts on an ad-hoc basis through pay and play at £8 per court per hour.

The entrance gate system is unlocked via a personalised pin which is sent out automatically on your booking confirmation.

If you are playing in the late afternoon and evening slots you may be required to put on the floodlights. When booking your courts at times when the floodlights are required, you will need to purchase the use of floodlights at the point of booking.

How The Floodlight System Works

  • The use of floodlights will need to be purchased for bookings once day light starts to fade (the time will vary throughout the year). Please note floodlights cannot be used or purchased on Sunday’s and Bank Holidays due to Borough regulations.
  • Floodlights can be purchased at time of booking via credit / debit card.
  • Floodlight cost is £2 per hour per court. For a pay and play court the cost will be £10 per hour, £8 for the court and £2 for the floodlights.
  • Floodlights will be switched on 5 minutes to the hour (before your booking) and switched off 5 minutes past the hour (after your booking)
  • All bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the start of the booking
This will allow season ticket holders to claim a refund on their floodlight fee and allow pay and play bookings a full refund.
  • We ask that all players (season ticket holders and pay and play) to cancel their court bookings if they are no longer needed to save the electricity used via the floodlights.

Under no circumstances are dogs allowed onto the tennis courts.

Sunningdale Parish Council look forward to welcoming you, your family and friends to utilise our tennis courts.
