Playground and Tennis Courts Closed

Sunningdale Parish Council

The response to the COVID-19 pandemic is a rapidly evolving issue and the Parish Council would refer all residents to the government pages for the updates as they arise. https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus will provide you with the information as it is released.

After the announcement by the Prime Minister yesterday, Monday 23rd March, it has become apparent that to conform to the guidelines in these exceptional times, the Parish Council must now close all playgrounds, restrict access to play equipment which may be in open recreation fields and close the tennis courts.

Therefore, with immediate effect Broomhall Lane Recreation Ground is closed to all visitors other than those who are complying with the clear guidelines provided by the government.

“people will only be allowed to take part in one form of exercise per day like a walk,
run or cycle alone or with members of your household
