A defibrillator is an essential first aid facility that may save lives. Speed is critical in responding to a sudden cardiac arrest. In minutes spent calling and waiting for an ambulance, using a defibrillator can make a big difference in the outcome.
Sunningdale Parish Council is pleased to have been able to fund/part fund, three defibrillators so far in the village. Thank you to the residents and businesses who requested them and worked with the council to ensure they happened.
South Westerm Railway has now installed publicly accessible defibrillators at all of their staffed stations, including Sunningdale station. This additional defibrillator brings the total defibrillators in Sunningdale up to 4.
