Every year in September, RBWM invite community groups, residents associations and local organisations to apply for bulbs to be planted in public areas where lots of people can see and enjoy them.
The bulbs, provided by the borough, are to be collected in late October and planted by the groups, providing beautiful daffodil displays in April.
