During the festive period every year, Sunningdale Parish Council provide and switch on the Christmas lights throughout the village centre along the A30 and on the big fir tree in Broomhall Recreation Ground. The lights remain switched on until the twelfth night after Christmas.
Thank you to everyone who came along to the Sunningdale Parish Council Christmas event at Broomhall Recreation Ground on Friday 28th November 2025. It was wonderful to see so many residents and local businesses supporting the choir from Holy Trinity Primary, Ascot Music School and cast members of Ocean Theatre.
Don’t forget, bring your unwanted real Christmas tree minus the baubles to the Recreation Ground at Broomhall Lane after Christmas and we will recycle it for you.
