Book Exchange

The Parish Council runs two telephone box book exchanges for the community.

The first telephone box, which is located on Chobham Road outside The New Sunningdale Bistro, was converted from a BT telephone box into a book exchange in 2015. The book exchange is free for all villagers to use and has a wide selection of novels which is updated and refreshed regularly by local volunteers.

The second and more recently refurbished telephone box was relocated from Blacknest Gate Road to the under 11’s play area at Broomhall Recreation Ground. It is used as a dedicated children’s book exchange. The children’s book exchange is free and open during parish council office hours on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and locked overnight, on Wednesdays and at weekends.
On Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays please continue to use our fantastic library based in the Community Room at Broomhall Recreation Ground.
